World of Warcraft MMORPG

World of Warcraft MMORPG, is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game created and released by Blizzard Entertainment.  Currently there are four versions of World of Warcraft available to the public.  In a Medieval-like fantasy setting you can create an avatar (or character) with a chosen profession and go on quests while trying to gain as many experience points and as much gold as possible to move up in level.  The maximum level set is 80.

In World of Warcraft, you will have to go on quests and complete them in order to gain experience points.  The amount of experience points you attain determines when you move up in levels.  A common quest itinerary is one that requires you to kill a certain number of something.  When you have killed this number, then you have successfully completed the quest.  The best way to cut time while level advancing is to complete multiple quests at once.  Accept and collect as many quests as possible.  Try not to turn down any quests.  After collecting a nice amount of quests, start knocking them out with a raid or two.  Completing a bunch of quests at once will help you get more experience points faster.  Experience points are essential for power leveling up.

In order to purchase certain items such as armor and potions, you will need to have a certain amount of gold in your possession.  Some of the ways you can earn gold are completing a quest, looting (taking items from a dead character’s body), and earning it through labor.  There are numerous professions to choose from.  Research each one and decide on the one that best suits the lifestyle you desire your character to have on World of Warcraft.  Some professions are capable of making more gold than others, but may be more labor intensive and require you to play the game more frequently in order to harvest your dropped crops as Farmers do or to cut gems as the Jewel Crafters do.  Whichever profession you decide on, research it.  You will want to get as much out of it as possible.

Also do some research and become familiar with World of Warcraft add-ons and macros.  These will end up helping you save a lot of time when doing repetitive tasks.  Once you hit level 70 having knowledge of macros will be essential for raiding.  It is better if you learn how to use them early on in your World of Warcraft game playing.  Some mod add-ons will help you calculate the best path to take to level faster, pin point a location, better prepare yourself for boss fights, collect data, monitor damages and view other’s loot.  There are some add-ons that Blizzard does not approve of, but are still available for download at various websites.  These types of add-ons are considered cheating by Blizzard’s standards.  Most add-on downloading sites will warn you if an add-on is not approved by Blizzard before prompting you to download.  It isn’t worth downloading non-approved add-ons because doing so could result in your World of Warcraft account becoming banned.  When downloading an add-on, make sure you run a reliable virus scan to prevent hacking.
