World of Warcraft Power Leveling
Effective Tips for
Becoming a Power Leveler in World of Warcraft
Power leveling in
World of Warcraft is an effective way of maximizing your quest
experience points to move up in levels faster. Here are some
helpful tips for becoming a power leveler.
The quickest way
to power level in World of Warcraft is to accept as many quests as
possible. To get through the quests faster, join or form a group
with two or three other players instead of going solo. This is
highly effective for completing quests that require you to kill a
certain number of something. It is better to do more than one quest
at a time.

Speak with all of the NPCs (Non-Player Characters)
in your area, gathering all of the available quests. You can also
collect quests from other players by accepting them. You can share
a quest if you are in a group, and vice versa. Most of the quests
require you to kill a certain number of monsters. It’s only working
smarter if you take all of the quests you’ve collected and complete
them at the same time. For example: One quest may tell you to kill
10 monsters and another quest may say to kill 15. By plowing your
way through a group of monsters, killing every possible one, you can
accomplish several quests at once, helping you to level up much
faster.
Once you have
reached level 10, go to a different starting area close to your
current location and start doing quests there. This is called
Multi-Zoning. You are wasting your time if you get killed more than
once while doing a single quest – it is not worth it. Instead, try
grinding a level by doing some of the lower level quests, even if
they are beneath your level. This will seriously rack up the
experience points. The best way to do this is by doing green
quests, which are pretty basic and easy. All you have to do is kill
the green colored monsters and watch the points climb. The
experience points gained in this level are smaller, but there are
more of them. If you are able to kill yellow monsters quickly with
little downtime, do the yellow quests, as well. Minimizing downtime
is the most effective strategy for power leveling. Over time, this
will greatly maximize your experience points. Power leveling is
definitely worth it.
World of Warcraft
is a great game for those who prefer to work in a group
environment. Grouping up may even make a quest more enjoyable and
easier to complete. The fastest way to power level in World of
Warcraft is to form a group of two or three members and knock out
multiple quests at a time. You can both form and join groups. You
do not have to stay in a group if you do not like it. You always
have the option of leaving a group. If the other members are not
serious about doing quests, or are weighing you down, get out of
that group.
If you would
rather do quests solo, try it out. There are a few classes of
characters that are better at doing solo quests than most, such as
Shaman, Rogue and Paladin. Sometimes even these characters may need
to team up with others for different quests, mostly the more “elite”
quests that require multiple players to strategize.
